Meraki Business Solutions was founded by Aileen Day in 2015. With over 20 years’ experience in the retail and services industry, Aileen has worked from the ground up to become a leader in some of Australia’s largest retail businesses.

Alongside her many years of experience in B2C and B2B, Aileen is also a qualified Public Relations specialist. After years of having the privilege to work with businesses such as Coles, Bunnings and Officeworks, Aileen is passionate about sharing her skills and expertise in communication strategies, business optimisation and above all, customer experience design.
