Mimosa Homes is a popular and fast growing home builder for the North and Western suburbs of Melbourne. Meraki Business Solutions was privileged to undergo many different facets of service for the team at Mimosa Homes. Overall, they wanted to build their team’s customer service capabilities to continue driving the best quality in homes and service for their customers. Meraki performed several workshops for the team including a Customer Experience Journey Mapping workshop. Other work completed for Mimosa included Operational observations and research alongside in depth customer experience research. All of these insights and findings will become the foundations for a bespoke education package. Once completed, Meraki Business Solutions will facilitate this customised learning design to the whole of the Mimosa Homes team. Customer service is everyone’s responsibility at Mimosa Homes and to ensure what is taught sticks, Meraki Business Solutions will continue to work with the team on ensuring operational performance indicators support the team’s training and service expectations on going.
Eternal Ink
Eternal Ink is a tattoo and art studio nestled into the picturesque lanes of Berwick in the South East of Melbourne. Meraki Business Solutions has been a proud supporter of Eternal Ink for nearly two years now. Initially engaged to deliver a review and implementation of potential business improvement strategies, the relationship continues with Meraki now working with the team at Eternal Ink on branding, customer service delivery and customer relationship management education. The result of the partnership has seen an increase in loyal followers of each of the artists. As well as ever improving customer experiences through understanding how to procure and action constructive feedback and most importantly, creating not just a destination for customers but a place that the artists feel proud to work in.
Elite Building Services
Elite Building Services is a boutique home builder in the South East of Melbourne. They initially recruited Meraki to come on board to assist them in their endeavours to win the 2016 Casey/ Cardinia Business Awards. The result was a position as a standout finalist from over 600 entries. Since then, the relationship continues now broadening the scope into marketing, branding, social media development, business operations optimisation and most importantly customer relationship management. The key to their success, is not only their custom design homes but their passion to deliver the best service with the help of Meraki Business Solutions.
Amanda Bishop – Make Up Artist
Amanda Bishop is a talented Graphic Designer who recently decided to take on a career change and head into Make Up Artistry, her passion was to no longer be just a hobby. New to business ownership, Amanda engaged Meraki Business Solutions to work with her in creating a solid customer experience strategy that would set her apart from her competition. Alongside her new service proposition, Meraki worked with Amanda to create a social media strategy and provided Amanda with insight into giving your followers what they want and what they need, helping cut through the noise. The result? Well Amanda’s goal was to gain more authentic followers in comparison to other competitors whom were doing sales promotions to gain followers. Well with help from Meraki Business Solutions, Amanda successfully promoted her skills and her genuine passion for what she does without the need for gimmicks. She quickly gained her loyal following and continues to beat the competition with the service and communication strategies created for her business by Meraki.
The Ultimate Youth Worker
Meraki Business Solutions had the privilege of working with Aaron, the Founder of The Ultimate Youth Worker. An amazing organisation that looks after the people who take care of our community’s troubled youth, Aaron was looking for guidance in growing his business to the next level. In a ‘Shark Tank’ style panel, Meraki Business Solutions listened and provided valuable insight and feedback to Aaron on the ways in which he can scale his business and mitigate risks over this growth phase. Aaron has done an outstanding job and has taken the bull by the horns and is in the process of implementing a new business model based on the findings in our workshops.
Yakkerboo Community Festival
Meraki Business Solutions had the pleasure of working with the dedicated organising committee of the 38 year young Yakkerboo Festival. Meraki supported the committee in its aim to obtain a solid sponsorship strategy and outline the necessary sponsorship communications. This then resulted in further works with the group on social media marketing for the event and most importantly understanding how to create genuine engagement with content and communications targeted to their community.
Lang Lang Wellness Centre
The Lang Lang Wellness Centre engaged the services of Meraki Business Solutions to initially assist in the development of government tenders. This led to a high level review of business operations which found a need for an Administration Assistant to join the already growing team. Meraki jumped into action and went into recruitment mode. With many years’ experience in recruitment and absolute due diligence, Meraki Business Solutions successfully recruited the best person with the right cultural fit for the job and the business. The team at the Lang Lang Wellness Centre as a result have been able to confidently offset their workload, allowing them to grow their business and other career interests.
Chimdi and Associates
Chimdi and Associates are experts in data analytics. Their fine work has helped health organisations such as Amnesty International and the Victorian Government just to name a couple. They engaged Meraki Business Solutions to assist them in the content development of their up and coming website. Meraki took on the project and with gusto went to work making a technical and sometimes complicated space more easily relatable. The owners who confess to being more about numbers than words were enthralled with the results. This has led to Meraki going on to perform further work in the space of marketing collateral development for their business.

The Event Wranglers, an experienced duo of Event and Promotions Managers in the stunning city of Brisbane, QLD came to Meraki Business Solutions to assist them in the content development of their newly procured business collateral.
